Tips on how to control your emotions in relationship.

Human is the finest creation of Almighty Allah. Because we have the intelligence to influence ours as well as other living things life. 

We can share our thoughts with others. Someone might be the maestro of his own thoughts ,still he turned into the the slave of his own emotions.

What is emotion?  According to Oxford Dictionary, Emotion is a strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

These feelings are affecting our life's greatly. In today's blog we are sharing some tips on, how we can control our 

emotions in relationship specifically in conjugal life.

Before reacting please pause for a moment and think. Ask yourself why are you reacting. Is it really necessary? Will it bring any positive result?

2) Free your mind from negative thoughts. Negativity spreads negativity only. Accept facts and be rational. 

3) Be careful with how you speak. Don't say bad words which can be backfired to you. Take deep breaths as many as you can. Always be mindful of your body language. 

4) If possible ,walk away to avoid clashing. 

5) Talk to someone who is reliable and trustworthy. You can seek some professional help if it's intolerable. 

6) If you are in a toxic relationship, try to get out of that relationship. Because toxic person's can never be changed.

7) Learn to process your emotions. Improve your emotional intelligence. 

8) Be a better communicator. Be comfortable in expressing your emotions but in a controlled manner.

9) Most importantly learn to forgive others and move on with your life.
